  2. Crumble and brown sausage. Stir in pasta sauce and set aside
  3. Preheat oven to 375*
  4. In medium bowl, combine ricotta, 1 cup of mozzarella, egg & seasonings
  5. Grease a medium baking dish. Add 1/3 cup of sauce to bottom of pan
  6. Cover bottom of pan with 3 noodles
  7. Cover noodles with 1/3 cheese. Then top with 1/3 sauce
  8. Repeat layers 2 more times (noodles, cheese then sauce)
  9. Top with remaining mozzarella
  10. Cover and bake for 30 minutes
  11. Uncover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes
